Vetted by and developed with support from the U.S. Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Justice, the Clery Center’s Jeanne Clery Act Training Seminars program is a groundbreaking, collaborative team approach to understanding and implementing the letter and the spirit of the Clery Act. Since 2005, over 25,000 individuals from hundreds of institutions nationwide have relied on the Clery Center’s trainings as they navigate an increasingly complicated campus safety environment.
In response to increasing demand and requests from in-person training participants, the Clery Center is proud to announce the launch of the first-ever comprehensive, four-module online training course for Clery Act compliance.
The newly-launched Online Jeanne Clery Act Training program addresses common challenges and promising practices in emergency response and notification, crime reporting, sexual violence guidelines, prevention education, and development of the institution’s annual security report.
Through this flexible and engaging online course, participants will be able to:
- identify compliance requirements under the Clery Act,
- review institutional policies and procedures, and
- develop strategies for enhanced collaboration.
Registration for this innovative program is just $195/person. Registration is open on a rolling basis.
